iOS 10.2 News: Re-Signing Yalu102 iOS 10.2 Jailbreak Every Seven Days Can Be Avoided [VIDEO]

Luca Todesco has developed a tool Yalu102 jailbreak tool to help many users jailbreak their iOS 10.2 devices. Although it's a semi-untethered jailbreak, most users will have to re-sign the certificate every seven days using Cydia Impactor on a computer.

The users who have paid Apple developer account, i.e $99 have to re-sign only once a year. But, most of the users have free Apple ID when liberating their iOS 10.2 devices. If users are tired of re-signing the certificate every week and also enjoy the jailbreak, there is an easy trick to bypass the re-signing limitation.

The trick involves changing the date on already jailbroken iOS 10.2 device. The only limitation in this is that users have to remember when was the last time they signed the Yalu102 jailbreak certificate on their device.

For users who don't know the trick, they need to make sure that their iPhone or iPad or iOS 10.2 devices is still in jailbreak mode. Go to settings, then general and date & time option to toggle off the set automatically option. This will enable manual settings.

Now, users have to change the date back to the day after they last signed the Yalu102 jailbreak app. After changing the date, turn off the device and then turn it back on. Then the device should run the Yalu102 app and itself go into jalibreak mode. Now, then the jailbreak is back at user's iPhone or iPad or iOS 10.2 devices, they can change their date back to original and enjoy the jailbreak for a week.

Users have to repeat this process every seven days but not for long, Luca Todesco tweeted stating that a tool to automatically re-sign the app is in works and it could be released quite soon. Until the auto re-sign is released, users have to depend on date change trick to make the re-sign.
