Today at 4:05 p.m. ET, the San Diego Chargers (4-5) and the Miami Dolphins (4-5) go head-to-head live from Sun Life Stadium in Miami. The game can be live streamed here. San Diego fans can hear all of the hard-hitting action by turning their dials to KIOZ 105.3FM while Miami fans can do the same on 940 WINZ

Two teams on the outside looking in on the AFC playoff picture, both teams will look to put crucial losses behind them while the Dolphins have the extra assignment of trying to continue to put the Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin saga behind them.

The Dolphins, coming off of the controversy stemming from the alleged bullying from Incognito on Martin, lost for their fifth time in six games to the previously win-less Tampa Bay Buccaneers 22-19 in Week 10 and will look to put that disheartening loss behind them.

"We have good guys on this team who understand adversity and understand how to handle it," quarterback Ryan Tannehill said per ESPN. "This is a good test. I'm not saying it's easy. I'm not saying it's fun to deal with. But I have faith in these guys."

On the season, Tannehill is 202-for-331 (61.0%) for 2,206 yards with 13 touchdowns and 10 interceptions in his second year with the team.

The Dolphins, looking for their first trip to the postseason since 2008, trail the division rival New York Jets for the sixth and final AFC playoff spot by just one game heading into this week's matchup with San Diego.

The Chargers are also just one game back, and enter play looking to shake off back-to-back losses to the Washington Redskins and Denver Broncos that saw San Diego allow 58 points combined in the two losses.

"What happens when you play a good team like this, the little mistakes blow up in a hurry," said coach Mike McCoy, according to ESPN, after the team lost to the Broncos.

The Dolphins will look to get their running game going after the team rushed for a franchise-worst two yards against Tampa Bay last week. Lamar Miller carried seven times for just two yards last week and has two touchdowns on 450 carries for 100 yards.

Philip Rivers will look to get his team going as he has gone 232-for-324 with a career-high 71.6% completion percentage for 2,691 yards with 18 touchdowns and seven interceptions. One of Rivers' best targets has been Danny Woodhead, who has a team-high 53 catches for 408 yards with four touchdowns.

Two teams in need of a win to stay afloat in the AFC playoff hunt go at it when the Chargers and the Dolphins hit the field in Miami this afternoon.
