It's great news for the Justine Bieber fans in India. Canadian pop-star Justin Bieber and Grammy award winner is bringing his purpose world tour in India, this summer. White fox India will be bringing the 22-year old Canadian megastar purpose world tour to Mumbai's D.Y stadium on 10th May.
Arjun Jain, the director at White fox India told new agency IANS that "Justin Bieber's concert will enhance India's current cultural repertoire, Justin Bieber is the biggest artist of our time and attracts a universal fan base across all ages," reports Deccan Chronicle. Around 1,00,000 fans are expected to attend the event.
This tour is said to be one of the most successful music events in the world. Reports suggest White Fox is receiving a good response for the event. The Purpose tour will be the first concert by Justine Bieber. If reports are to be believed, the tickets for certain categories have been sold out within few hours. While, Maximum entries have been received from Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Shillong and Chandigarh.
Music lovers in India must be happy as it is going to be the second major music concert after Coldplay's performance in Global Citizen festival in India in Nov 2016. The show was a huge success, around 80,000 fans have attended the event. Money received from the Coldplay's concert went to the charity reports, Firstpost.
Tickets for the show have already gone on sale since, 22nd February. The price of the tickets starts from INR 4,000. Many have criticized the event for higher prices.
Justin Bieber's Asia leg tour also includes Tel Aviv, UAE, and Dubai. Organizers have reportedly also some other Indian Celebrities for the event including, Sunny Leone, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra. Stay tuned for more Justine Bieber news and updates.
