Google Rollouts The First Android 7.1.2 Update For Nexus And Pixel Devices

Google started reviling the Android 7.1.2 Nougat Beta update to eligible in Nexus and Pixel devices. Google has also rolled out 7.1.2 Nougat Beta 2. The Android 7.1.2 Nougat is just a maintenance release.  Android brings the Pixel Launcher to the Pixel C.

The Android 7.1.2 Nougat brings the notification fingerprint swipe gesture to the Nexus 6p and Nexus 5X.  According to Digit, the final release will also include this feature for 2015 Nexus smartphones. The Android 7.1.2 Nougat beta will allow the users to select the live wallpapers.

Moreover, the Pixel C and the Nexus Player are coming with the Android 7.1.2 Nougat update. And for Nexus 5X, Pixel, Nexus 6P, Pixel XL should start soon. The update for the Pixel C and for the Nexus Player the weight at around 80 MB and the later will be 340 MB in size.

The Android 7.1.2 presents battery usage alerts list where it can list that applications that they are draining more battery than usual. Moreover, the new update is for focusing more on the issues in the operating system and fixing bugs.

It is not fixed that when Android 7.1.2 will come out to other devices. The New update should come to Nexus Devices is in upcoming days. However, the New Update 7.1.2 is not planned for Nexus 6 and Nexus 9, as per Android Police.

The Android 7.1.2 Android update is bringing few notable features in Pixel and Pixel XL for other devices like Pixel and for the Nexus. The Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, and the pixel C tablet finally come with Pixel Launcher through 7.1.2.
