According to The Daily Star, Corinna Schumacher was in the crowd during her son's triumphant debut. Mick finish sixth, eighth and 18th place in his very first F3 race. It was a proud moment for Michael Schumacher and his family after more than three years since the skiing accident.

Despite the profile of being the wife of Michael Schumacher, she kept a low profile during the race. However, she posed for a picture with her son and former Ferrari president Jean Todt at the Silverstone race track. Todt was Michael's team president he claimed five F1 championships from 2000 to 2004.

On the other hand, Mick was happy with his performance but his goal is to win. He told The Daily Star that his role model and idol is his father Michael, who is considered by many as the greatest F1 racer in history.

"My goal in the next few years is to win, of course. My role model is my dad. Simply because it is the best. My idol," Mick said.

As for Corinna, she has been rarely seen in public since Michael Schumacher's skiing accident in December 2013. The family has been mum regarding the update on Michael's status. There have been conflicting reports about his healthy but ultimately, fans just want their idol and hero to be okay.

The debut of Mick Schumacher is one of the very little good news for the family. It has only been a month since Michael's favorite uncle, Karl-Heinz, died last month after a long bout with bowel cancer, per The Express. Karl-Heinz has a very special place in Michael's heart because he took care of his mother after his parents' divorce.
