Lamar Odom has decided to end his four-year marriage to reality TV star Khloe Kardashian and is demanding as much as $10 million not to spill all the family's secrets, according to The National Enquirer.
Taking a page out of the strategy of fellow NBA veteran Kris Humphries, who was briefly married to Kim Kardashian, the magazine also reports Odom is demanding that Khloe return the $875,000 engagement ring he previously gave her. Humphries famously took back the $2 million engagement ring he gave Kim Kardashian at the time of their split.
The Enquirer reports Odom laid out his conditions after "momager" Kris Jenner ordered her daughter to sit down with their attorneys and hammer out a divorce deal.
"Kris and Khloe are very worried about Lamar," a source told The Enquirer. "He's a loose cannon, and he has a lot of dirt on the family and nothing to lose. He knows all about their extreme surgery procedures - when, how often and how much - and the pressure put on the younger girls to follow suit."
The source also told the magazine Odom could make life miserable for the family by revealing "just how fake" their "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" reality show is. The source added "Lamar is also prepared to destroy Khloe's reputation by discussing their sex tape, and how she targeted him and tore his family apart."
The Enquirer reports Kris Jenner is said to be insisting that Odom sign a confidentiality agreement prohibiting him from talking about his live around the family before any deal is finalized.
Odom, 34, is now said to be concentrating on making a NBA return and has recently been in talks with the L.A. Clippers, the same team he played for last season.
