George Karl: Andre Iguoadala 'Mole' of Warriors' Coach Mark Jackson [VIDEO]

George Karl has accused Andre Iguodala of being the Warriors' mole during their classic first round playoff series last April, with the former Denver Nuggets coach suggesting that it was the all-around shooting guard who approached Warriors coach Marc Jackson to inform him about the Nuggets plan to hurt star guard Steph Curry.

SI.com is reporting that Karl made the statement during an interview posted on BlitzKrieg13.com. In the said interview, Karl was asked if he thought that it was Iguodala who told Jackson about the Nuggets' supposed plans to target Curry with physical play. Karl's response was direct, saying, "No question."

It can be recalled that after Game 5 of the series won by Denver, Jackson accused the Nuggets of targeting his star guard saying that someone from the Nuggets approached and told him of the plans, while at the same time dissociating from the Nuggets plan

During that time, Jackson said: "They tried to send hit men on Steph. There were some dirty plays early. It's playoff basketball, that's alright. We own it. Make no mistake about it, we went up 3-1 playing hard, physical, clean basketball, not trying to hurt anybody."

Curry had played well during the series that the Nuggets appeared to play him rough. The star guard sprained his left knee and was poked to the eye, and his coach was quick to point out the said instances as clear example of the Nuggets' ploy to hurt Curry.

Interestingly, Iguodala left the Nuggets to join the Warriors in the offseason, which only thickens the plot between him and his former coach.
