Iman and Godchaux became Instagram-official in April 2022, sharing a sweet photo of themselves hugging at the Revolve Festival during Coachella. They continued to show their affection for each other by posting photos of themselves wearing green ensembles on a yacht to celebrate Godchaux's birthday.
Godchaux reciprocated Iman's love by commenting on her birthday tribute post, calling it the best birthday ever and professing his love for her.
Godchaux, a sixth-year defensive tackle, signed a two-year contract extension with the New England Patriots last year, worth $20.8 million, with $17.85 million guaranteed. The head coach of the New England Patriots, Bill Belichick, expressed admiration for Godchaux and characterized the agreement as advantageous for both parties involved.
Belichick expressed his satisfaction with having one of the top defensive linemen in the league on their team and credited the efforts of both parties in reaching an agreement.
