International players won the last five NBA season Most Valuable Awards, and Los Angeles Clippers small forward Paul George does not see American players in the driver's seat again soon.
The last five top individual awards were won by only three players. Giannis Antetokounmpo received two, Nikola Jokic got two for himself, and Joel Embiid was awarded the last one. Of the three, Giannis and Jokic both won a championship and a Finals MVP trophy.
George thinks such a display of dominance will continue, and the arrival of French unicorn Victor Wembanyama will only lengthen European players' dominance.
"They're going to flirt with this shit for a little while longer because, I mean, it's all the Euro guys that's really changing our league," the eight-time NBA All-Star said in his podcast with guest Julius Randle.

"Think about Giannis. You think about the Joker, Luka, Wemby coming in. It's all these international guys that have this crazy skill set."
Randle, for his part, added that the dominance of big men who can do everything is the trend right now, and that is why Antetokounmpo and Jokic record astounding numbers each game.
USA vs. International All-Star being entertained
The supremacy of international players awaken talks of a probable and intriguing USA vs. International format in the annual All-Star Game festivities.
Commissioner Adam Silver said the globalization of the NBA brand could prompt them to adopt such a format which he believes will also be exciting for fans and players.
