It is a well-known fact among Tottenham Hotspur supporters that Spider-man Tom Holland is among them. He even once tried to recruit Kylian Mbappe to join the club to no avail.

However, his support of the team's arguably top two players might be stronger than his support for the club.

This is based on his latest comments as he was interviewed for his panned series "The Crowded Room."

When asked about resilience, he said it is what he learned being a supporter of Tottenham. The discussion turned to his favorite players on the team and the advice he would give them. His answer is something most club fans would not want to hear.

"I'd say go to Madrid. Go and be the best football player in the world that you deserve to be," he said, referring to Harry Kane.

Another player he said is among his favorites is Son Heung-Min. He said the Korean should join Kane in La Liga.

"Son, and I'd say go with him. Go together! Go and win the Champions League together please!"

Recent heartbreaks for Tom and Hotspur fans

The past seasons have been heartbreaking for Tottenham fans despite them touting the best player in England.

The 2016-17 season was their closest to lifting a Premier League. They could've lifted their first Champions League in the 2018-2019 season, too, but lost to English rivals Liverpool in the finals.

The last Premier League season was not that great either, as they only finished in eighth place in the table, which means no UCL for Son and Kane.
