Kyrie Irving has been leaving some Dallas Mavericks fans worried as he is continuously seen working out with players he is rumored to join or just watching playoff games of another NBA team.

Team owner Mark Cuban himself is not worried about such activities of Irving, as he believes the shifty point guard was not doing anything to worry about.

For him, the eight-time NBA All-Star is going nowhere after signing him mid-season of 2023.

"No, Kyrie just loves basketball and loves going to games," Cuban said when asked by Termine Radio about Irving's activities.

"So, no, I wasn't concerned about that, but we traded for him because we wanted him to be a long-term piece."

Cuban is not bothered by Irving's relationship with other players

Irving's arrival in Dallas and the contract that came with him are not that popular to many, especially because of the issues surrounding him. Some also questioned his chemistry with Luka Doncic.

Cuban explained that all it needs is to get to know the player more. To him, he is just misunderstood, and one will understand what is going through Irving's head once you sit down with him.

"When I would watch Kyrie before he came to the Mavs, I didn't pay enough attention to his relationships with other players," the multi-billionaire said.

"Then when he came to us after the trade, it was inevitable after every game, there were multiple players walking up and hugging him - not just giving him a high-five, but like a real, honest-to-goodness, 'I like you' hug. And when you talk to players around them, they would say the same thing. And when you talk to our players after he got there, they'd say the same thing."
