The Arizona Diamondbacks sit in second place in the NL West, but at the rate they are going, they might find themselves at the bottom soon.
The team's second half of the season is not that pretty, losing nine of their last 11 games.
Frustrations are setting in, and third baseman Evan Longoria is wary that the unpleasant feelings might spill over at the locker room.
To him, getting back to winning form is a hard task. Keeping the spirit and preventing teammates from pointing fingers is another.

"The challenge is, when things get bad like this, is not to blame others," Longoria said after their 6-10 loss to St. Louis Cardinals.
"Not to look at your teammates and start to single guys out or single groups out and say, you know, 'I'm doing my job, but so and so or these people are not doing their job.' That's kind of the death spiral of a team."
Manager Torey Lovullo feels frustrated but remains optimistic
The Diamondbacks had looked like they were on their way to a winning season, even setting franchise records before the All-Star break.
The team tied their most wins in a season through 65 games by June 11 and then won the next two games after that.
They were 52-37 before the break and are now 54-47 as of this writing, with the San Francisco 49ers breathing on their neck with an identical record.
Manager Torey Lovullo said the whole team is just frustrated with how things are going, but he is not deterred.
"These days happen to good teams every single year, and every time you got to have some sort of response. And tomorrow is our opportunity to play our finest game. That's what I'm gonna look at."
