A jailhouse letter written by Aaron Hernandez displays a naked drawing of a female the former New England Patriots tight end refers to as " a bad bit**."
According to Complex.com, the letter was written before Thanksgiving and is the latest in a series Hernandez has written since being jailed last June that have been leaked to the media.
The website reports Hernandez uses the term "lol" at least five times in the letter and continues to steadfastly insist that he is innocent of the first-degree murder charges he faces in the execution style killing of former associate Odin Lloyd.
"I literally haven't stressed one bit," he says of the charges he faces. Hernandez also talks about regularly working out behind bars and his plans to again play in the NFL. "These jail workouts are serious," he writes.
Hernandez also writes he's read at least 25 books since being jailed and insists he wants to be "stronger, wiser and... way more intelligent." when he released from custody.
As for the drawing, the 24-year Hernandez simply writes in all caps "DATS A BAD "BIT**." Followed by yet another "lol."
The Patriots severed all ties with Hernandez just days after he was formally charged in the case.
