The Miami Dolphins came out on top as expected over a struggling New York Jets team, 34-13, at the MetLife Stadium on Friday, November 24.
And while the win boosted the Dolphins' drive to win its first division title since 2008, it raises questions on what the Jets will resort to next.
As most know, Jets coach Robert Saleh chose Tim Boyle as his starting QB against the Dolphins. And as most expected, the move backfired miserably. It did nothing to improve New York's struggling offense, and now questions are in the air on how the Jets will be able to resolve their misfiring offense.

Tim Boyle fails to impress
Boyle had the golden opportunity to prove he is starting quarterback material. Unfortunately, that did not pan out for him with the Jets.
His first-half performance alone was a sign of things to come. That included a Hail Mary at the end of the half that got intercepted by Jevon Holland and ended up in a touchdown for the Dolphins, ESPN reported.
With the performance, Boyle will likely be sent down once more in the rotation, possibly the third-string QB. Should that be the case, the next question is who will Saleh turn to now?
Is Siemian next up for the Jets?
With mileage from Boyle and Zach Wilson hardly making things better for the Jets in their past games, all signs point to a Trevor Siemian starting role.
Since he is an NFL veteran and a Super Bowl champion QB while still with the Denver Broncos, Saleh will likely test the 31-year-old and see if he can get things going for the Jets.
Given his experience, it will be interesting if Siemian has been able to adapt to the plays of the Jets. Also, it will not be the first time he will be quarterbacking if Saleh turns to him when the Jets face the Atlanta Falcons on December 3.
The Jets are 1.5-point underdogs heading into that matchup with the Falcons, per the Action Network. The Moneyline is -125 for Atlanta and +105 for New York.
Siemian started for one game with the Jets in 2019, spelling Sam Darnold at QB. That was shortlived after he injured his ankle and missed the rest of that season, NBC Sports reported.
Dolphins defense continues to hold up
Despite a subpar game from Tua Tagovailoa, who had turned the ball over three times, defense more than made up for it. However, Miami needs to improve on its offense if it wants to reach its goal of winning a division title.
The Pro Bowl QB knows he needs to do better, especially with the Dolphins set to face better teams down the stretch via the Bleacher Report.
"You're going to need better ball from me," Tagovailoa said in the postgame via Palm Beach Post's Joe Schad. "But the sky is the limit for us. It's right there. We determine our fate. We have to continue stacking the wins."
The Dolphins return to the field on December 3 against the Washington Commanders, where they are 7-point favorites. The Moneyline for this game is -298 for Miami and +240 for Washington.
