Yankees Offseason: Bronx Bombers Back Up?

The Yankees are coming off a down year, in a season that saw the team finish with a record of 82-80 and would miss the postseason in 2023.

The club has finally addressed their issue with left-handed help in their bullpen, after letting Wandy Peralta walk, who signed with the Padres.

Despite the club's swing and miss on a majority of their desired free agents, including Japanese Phenom Shohei Ohtani, the Yankees were able to pick up Juan Soto and sign Marcus Stroman.

Dodger's Dream Offseason

The Dodgers have had a busy offseason to say the least.

LA has signed Ryan Bariaser, who reportedly agreed to a two-year deal worth nine million dollars.

The team made headlines by signing Shoei Ohtani to a record-breaking 10-year 700 million dollar deal and then signing Yoshinobu Yamamatoto shortly after.

The 30 year old Matt Gage was recently claimed by the Yankees off waivers from the Astros and spent the majority of 2023 with the Triple-A Sugar Land team. He now joins a star-studded Dodgers team that he would likely add solid depth to.
