Real Madrid Prospect Endrick Meets With Florentino Perez and Future Teammates Vinicius and Rodrygo—What Did Club President Say?

A highly anticipated prospect set to play for Real Madrid in the future recently met with the club's president, Florentino Perez, along with some of the team's current stars.

17-year-old forward Endrick, hailing from Brazil, had the opportunity to meet with the Spanish businessman and connect with fellow countrymen and Real Madrid stars Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo.

The meeting took place at Perez's request following the Brazil vs. Spain friendly game on Tuesday, March 26, at Real Madrid's home stadium, the Santiago Bernabeu, in the Spanish capital. 

"We are all waiting for you here," Perez told the young prospect as they embraced. Afterward, Endrick gave his Brazil shirt to the club president.

Spain and Brazil played out a thrilling 3-3 draw. Endrick scored a goal for Brazil in the 50th minute to equalize the score at 2-2.

Endrick is one of Brazil's best prospects

Endrick is widely recognized as one of Brazil's most promising football talents. He is still affiliated with the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A club Palmeiras.

Real Madrid secured his services as early as December 2022, agreeing with the club and the player's family to sign him once he turns 18 in July 2024.

The reported transfer fee for this deal amounts to $63.6 million.
