Khloe Kardashian's new rumored boyfriend Matt Kemp was once under a restraining order from his ex-girlfriend, according to RadarOnline.com
According to Radar, in documents filed in 2008 Felisha Terrell charges the L.A. Dodgers star outfielder stalked, intimidated and verbally abused her on a regular basis. The website further alleges Terrell claim she suffered "constant verbal abuse and threats" following their breakup.
"He repeatedly made me scared and gets in my face asserting some power/authority," Terrell claimed in court papers. "He brings his friends driving up and down the street to try and intimidate me. I am very fearful. He has other people calling me, stalking me, and I feel very scared for my safety."
Radar reports, Terrell further alleges she was subjected to even more "erratic behavior" whenever Kemp would excessively drink or smoke marijuana. "He got thrown out of a club for fighting with a woman," she told Radar. "And now I am afraid ."
The website adds Terrell later vacated the restraining order amid allegations that Kemp had kicked her out of the apartment he had been paying for. Soon after the charges became public in 2010, Kemp began dating hip hop star Rihanna.
As for the Terrell relationship, representatives for Kemp released a statement asserting "she chose to file a complaint and shortly thereafter, on her own accord, decided to drop it. She has very recently said that she has no issue whatsoever with Matt and that she and Matt consider this to be a non-issue. Matt Kemp is a consummate Midwestern gentleman who has never displayed any act of violence towards a woman."
Kardashian formally filed for divorce from NBA husband Lamar Odom late last week and has several media outlets have reported she has already recently been seen out and about town with Kemp o0n several outings.
