Harrison Jr. turned heads as a freshman in the Rose Bowl against Utah in 2022. He was accompanied by now NFL quarterback C.J. Stroud and wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba. In this bowl game we saw Harrison Jr. go off for 71 yards and three touchdowns.
Marvin Harrison Jr. followed up his freshman year with a strong 1,263 receiving yards and 14-touchdown season in his sophomore year. At times, Harrison Jr. was given the WR1 role for Ohio State due to injuries to Smith-Njigba. Marvin Harrison Jr. had the same level of production in his junior year, posting 1,211 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns again.
He finished his time in Ohio State with two first-team selections, the 2023 Offensive Player of the Year award in the Big Ten, and a fourth-place finish for the Heisman Trophy.
Despite playing with lackluster quarterback play at Ohio State, minus C.J. Stroud of course, Harrison Jr. was able to show that he is a strong and polished route runner with elite ball skills.
He has also shown that he has speed on the top end, running a 4.39 forty time. The only real knock on Marvin Harrison Jr.'s game is a lack of size compared to other receivers in this year's 2024 NFL Draft.

Is Marvin Harrison Jr.'s Next Stop with the Arizona Cardinals?
Marvin Harrison Jr. is one of the most talented wide receivers in the 2024 NFL Draft. At times, Harrison Jr. has been drawn in comparisons to Hall of Fame receiver Calvin Johnson, which makes him the likely first non-QB player taken in this year's NFL Draft.
Many draft experts predict that the Arizona Cardinals will be the first team not looking to take a quarterback. They could greatly benefit from pairing their franchise quarterback, Kyler Murray, with a standout receiver like Marvin Harrison Jr.; a move that would undoubtedly elevate their offense.
The Arizona Cardinals have lost weapons like Rondale Moore, via trade with the Atlanta Falcons, and Marquise "Hollywood" Brown, who signed with the Kansas City Chiefs. This would leave Marvin Harrison Jr. to come in and instantly set himself as WR1 for the Cardinals early in his rookie season.
