Tiger Woods' girlfriend Lindsey Vonn insists she is perplexed by her Top 10 placement on Google's annual list of biggest trending athletes, according to USA TODAY Sports.
The Google list purports to highlight "the largest increase in search volume" among athletes in 2013. In order, Aaron Hernandez, Adrian Peterson, Kevin Ware, Jason Collins, Oscar Pistorius, Lamar Odom, Richie Incognito, Ray Lewis, Colin Kaepernick round out the top 10.
Besides announcing she was dating Woods earlier this year, Vonn has also recovered from a major ACL tear and recently suffered a further setback by suffering another partial tear to the same knee.
Still, the defending Olympic champ intimates she is pleasantly surprised by her placement. "So I guess I'm one of the "most searched athletes" on google for this year,"Vonn wrote on social media. "Not sure if that's cool or super creepy."
Vonn and woods began dating about a year ago and she has since raved about their compatibility. The romance marks the first public relationship for the world's top ranked golfer since his breakup with divorced Elin Nordegren. Woods and his first wife divorced at the height of widespread rumors he engaged in affairs with as many as 15 women while still married to the mother of his two young children.
