WWE WrestleMania 30 Rumors [VIDEO]: John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt In The Main Event?

With the New Year approaching, WWE's biggest show of the year WrestleMania XXX is just around the corner on April 6 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, and reports indicate that the WWE has settled on a main event that would pit John Cena against Bray Wyatt.

It was reported earlier this month that if Hulk Hogan was able to compete at WrestleMania and make a triumphant return, "The Hulkster" would team up with Cena in a standard tag team match against two other opponents--possibly members of The Wyatt Family. However, according to Wrestlingheadlines.com, if Hogan isn't able to compete due to physical limitations, the WWE may decide to go with Cena and Wyatt in a match.

Cena discussed a Hogan return with TMZ earlier this month.

"We operate at a high level of speed in the WWE nowadays," Cena told TMZ earlier this month. "I think you can't have a WrestleMania 30 without Hulk Hogan. I really truly hope he's there in my heart of hearts because asWrestleMania turns 30 I think we need the Hulkster, but we'll see if we can get him there to do whatever he can do."

According to the report, the match between Cena and Wyatt would be the main event, which means that either the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match won't go on last, or that Randy Orton will lose the belt sometime between now and WrestleMania.

The WWE has the Royal Rumble pay-per-view in January followed by the Elimination Chamber event in February, so its conceivable the title could change hands before WrestleMania as the WWE has yet to announce a title match for the Royal Rumble.

The report indicates that Vince McMahon is determined to have Cena close the show for the fourth straight year.

"Cena is the main event until his time is clearly up. That man feeds us!" McMahon reportedly said to writers and producers, according to Wrestlingheadlines.com.

With the rumored match between Cena and Wyatt likely to happen as it is doubtful that Hogan will be able to pass the required medical tests to compete in a match at WrestleMania, it remains to be seen if Orton will walk into the event as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

It was reported earlier in the week that the returning Batista may win the Royal Rumble match and take on Orton for the gold at WrestleMania XXX, and while that could still happen it may not be the final match on the card.

The Cena and Wyatt match and Orton and Batista match join other rumored matches on the card including CM Punk vs. Triple H, Shawn Michaels vs. Daniel Bryan, Goldberg vs. Ryback and The Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar.

It remains to be seen how the final card will shake out, but rumors are heating up as WrestleMania XXX gets closer.
