Kevin Garnett Swearing: Nets Fan Forced To Cover Younger Brother's Ears During Garnett Tirade at Christmas Day Game [VIDEO]

Kevin Garnett has to be stopped.

The Brooklyn Nets veteran forward is known and unapologetic for his vulgarity on the court. But when he can't control himself on Christmas Day with kids nearby, the NBA deserves as much blame for not stepping in with a fine or reprimand

The Brooklyn Game pointed out Garnett's antics were on display during the Nets' game against the Chicago Bulls on Christmas. Garnett apparently was angry about an official's call at the end of the first quarter and responded in Kevin Garnett-like fashion.

According to The Brooklyn Game, Garnett had some choice words for the official, berating him with obscenities. Hearing Garnett's unfiltered rant, a person The Brooklyn Game describes as an older brother decided he had to rescue his younger brother from the verbiage by playing a game of "Earmuffs."

The older sibling covers up his younger brother's ears.

Garnett's swearing has been a topic of conversation before. In 2010, he was fined $25,000 for criticizing a referee and using inappropriate language during a postgame interview, as reported by USA Today.

Slam Magazine reported in 2011 that New York Knicks fan and filmmaker Spike Lee was angry about Garnett cursing at him for what Lee said was an entire game.

In 2007, then Boston Celtics teammate Ray Allen reportedly was shocked by Garnett's foul mouth in practice and let his teammate know about it.

Several media outlets have reported the Christmas incident, but nothing has been reported on the NBA's reaction or whether the NBA planned on any action.
