Teddy Bridgewater NFL Draft: Mom Begs Agents To Stop Calling About Representing Louisville QB [VIDEO]

Less than a week after her son declared he plans to make himself available for the 2014 NFL Draft, the mother of Louisville star quarterback has already grown weary of agents interested in representing him.

Rose Bridgewater tells TMZ as many as 12 agents are so desperate to speak with her son they have been ringing her phone nonstop.

"The agents won't stop," the exasperated mom told TMZ. "They won't take no for an answer. I ask them, 'What do you expect me to do? Call my son and tell him to sign with you?'"

Bridgewater, 21, is expected to be a high first round pick and perhaps even the first player taken. Despite rumors that he might be leaning with signing with Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports, Rose Bridgewater insists her son has not yet picked an agent and that his decision will be one that's well thought out.

As for her all her son's soon-to-be newfound riches, Rose Bridgewater told TMZ "that's money he earned. I've never touched a football. I've never been tackled. I just want him to be a productive citizen."

Rated the top-rated quarterback prospect by ESPN draft guru Todd McShay, Bridgewater passed for 3,970 yards and 31 touchdowns this season. For his career, he threw for 9,370 yards and 69 touchdowns while completing 68 percent of his passes, including touchdown passes in 23 of his last 24 games.
