WrestleMania 30 [RUMORS]: Goldberg Signs $1 Million Contract With WWE? 'Hell No,' He Wrote On Twitter [VIDEO]

It has been reported over the last few months that the WWE was trying to land Bill Goldberg for one more match at their WrestleMania XXX pay-per-view in New Orleans at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on April 6, and while negotiations between the two sides hit a snag last month, the rumor mill still turns as to whether or not he'll return. Goldberg denied a report on Twitter that he signed a contract with the WWE.

Goldberg, who would be in great shape since he noted on his official Twitter account in December that he still trains six days a week, hasn't appeared in the WWE's squared circle since WrestleMania XX in New York City back in 2004.

On that night, he fought Brock Lesnar in an infamous match that saw the crowd heckle both wrestlers as reports leaked that they were both leaving the company.

Despite a 10-year hiatus from wrestling, it is still rumored that Goldberg may return for WrestleMania XXX and a match with Ryback, but when a fan asked on Twitter if rumored reports of him signing a $1 million deal with the WWE to appear at WrestleMania were true, Goldberg said, "Hell no":

Goldberg had reportedly been in talks with WWE COO Triple H to return at the event, but apparently his demands for a return were "very significant" and talks broke off. The WWE apparently tried to tell Goldberg to "think of the pop you'll get" if he were to return in New Orleans, but he wasn't interested in that and said they were "barking up the wrong tree" with that tactic.

It has been reported that Goldberg's opponent would be Ryback if he returned, as many fans compare the two and even jeer Ryback for being a Goldberg "rip-off" by serenating him with "Goldberg" chants when he performs.

Ryback has been in hot water with the WWE for many reasons over the past few months, including for using Goldberg's moves at a live event overseas without the WWE's permission and then most recently for giving Dolph Ziggler a concussion with a stiff clothesline.

Due to his trouble, it remains to be seen if Ryback would still be in line for a big WrestleMania match should the WWE sign Goldberg, but Ryback at least was warm to the idea.

"I have a great amount of respect for Bill Goldberg, but I'm not going to beat around the bush and say I wanna be best friends with the guy," he said on the Felger & Mazz Radio Show in November, according to CBS. "I'd like to face him in the ring. I've heard him say he's not happy with comments I've made about him, if he has a problem with it let's settle it at WrestleMania."

While the WWE hasn't yet signed him, Goldberg may still appear at WrestleMania XXX.
