Tonight at 10:30 p.m. ET, the Boston Bruins (28-13-2, 58 points) and Los Angeles Kings (26-13-5, 57 points) hit the ice at the Staples Center for the first of two meetings against each other this season. The game can be live streamed here. Boston fans can hear all of the bone-crunching action by turning their dials to WBZ 1030 while Los Angeles fans can do the same on KTLK 1150.

Boston enters play in the midst of a tough West coast road trip that started with a loss in Anaheim Tuesday while Los Angeles enters play struggling, having lost six of seven and scoring just 10 goals in that span.

The Bruins are coming off of a 5-2 defeat against the Anaheim Ducks and though the team played well the score didn't show it after three second period goals went in against them.

"We knew they are a strong home team, but in the first period, we totally outshot them and outchanced them and even continued in the second," goalie Tuukka Rask said via NHL.com.

Rask may start tonight and is 21-10-2 with a 2.05 goals-against average and a .930 save percentage while Jonathan Quick will likely go for the Kings and is 11-5-1 with a 2.19 GAA and a .910 save percentage.

The Kings are coming off of a 2-1 loss to the Minnesota Wild on Tuesday in the shootout.

"Quick didn't have a lot of work, but he had to make some good saves for us," coach Darryl Sutter said after the game, according to NHL.com. "You can't expect the big guys to score all the time. We need to get more out of the secondary scoring."

Los Angeles has been led by Anze Kopitar, who has 13 goals and 22 assists for 35 points while Mike Richards has lit the lamp six times and added 22 helpers for 28 points and Jeff Carter has four markers in six games for a total of 15 tallies and 12 helpers for 27 points.

David Krejci paces Boston with 36 points while finding the twine nine times and adding 27 assists while Reilly Smith has found the back of the net 15 times and added 17 helpers for 32 points and Milan Lucic--who missed the last game due to an illness--has 12 goals and 18 assists for 30 points.

The Bruins look to even out their road trip while the Kings will try and turn around their recent woes when these teams faceoff tonight at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
