Miami Heat Ban Justin Bieber From Attending Home Games After DUI Arrest [VIDEO]

The Miami Heat have banned Justin Bieber from attending games at their arena following the 19-year-old pop star's arrest on a slew of charges earlier this week.

According to E! News, Bieber was expected to attend the Heat game vs. L.A. Lakers on the same night he was released from the custody of Miami police on DUI charges, but failed to appear after reportedly being contacted and implored not to do so by the team.

E! News adds at the last minute, team officials decided to pull tickets being held for Bieber because the organization didn't want to deal with all the drama they feared his presence would mean.

Police arrested Bieber in Miami early Thursday morning after allegedly spotting him drag racing in a rented Lamborghini along a city street. At the time of his arrest, the website reports Bieber did not have a valid driver's license and also failed a field sobriety test.

E! News also reports he later admitted to police that he had been taking prescription medication, smoking marijuana and drinking. Bieber was released later that same afternoon on $2,500 bail.

On Saturday however, TMZ reported a GPS system attached to the rented vehicle Bieber was traveling in clocked him doing only 34 MPH in 30 MPH zone just before being pulled over by police. TMZ also reported Bieber's blood alcohol level was reportedly just .014, which the website reports as "barely measureable," even though police claimed Bieber reeked of alcohol at the scene of the arrest.
