Phil Jackson to Cavaliers? Mike Brown already on hot seat after Cleveland fires general manager? [VIDEO]

The Cleveland Cavaliers are rumored to be targeting Phil Jackson as their new coach should the team decide to part ways with Mike Brown.

According to Fox Sports Ohio, the team plans to give the embattled Brown "every chance to keep his job," but with the Cavs vastly underachieving and currently out-of-the Eastern Conference playoff picture, the first-year coach remains on the hot seat.

The Cavs announced the firing of GM Chris Grant this week and many are speculating even more of a shakeup as the team continues to struggle and show signs of disarray.

Despite trading away the temperamental Andrew Bynum and landing dependable veteran Luol Deng, the locker room remains in disharmony, with recent reports suggesting All-Star guard Kyrie Irving and backcourt mate Dion Waiters even engaged in a fistfight during a player's only meeting.

Fox also reports the team might have their eyes on veteran coach George Karl should their pursuit of Jackson fall short.

Currently, the Cavs stand as the Eastern Conference's No. 12 seed, 41/2 games behind the Charlotte Bobcats for the eighth and final playoff berth.
