Erin Andrews to host Dancing with the Stars, remain Fox News sportscaster [VIDEO]

Fox News sportscaster Erin Andrews is expected to sign on as the new co-host of ABC's Dancing with the Stars, according to TheBigLead.com.

The website reports Andrew's installation is expected to be formally announced as soon as Monday and she will replace Brooke Burke, who after seven years as Tom Bergeron's co-host recently announced she will be leaving the show.

The BigLead adds Andrew will not be leaving the sports arena or her duties at Fox, and instead will enter into an arrangement similar to the one Michael Strahan also has with the network that allows him to continuing co-hosting Live with Kelly and Michael during the week for ABC.

Having competed on DWTS in 2010 and worked as a college football sideline reporter and host for ESPN from 2004-2012, Andrews has a long-running relationship with ABC execs that is expected to make her transition a seamless one.

The 35-year-old Andrews is also the reporter that was recently interviewing Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman when he launched into his sideline rant about San Francisco 49ers wideout Michael Crabtree and their respective league-wide standings at their positions.

Sherman and the Seahawks went on to win the franchise's first Super Bowl, easily outclassing Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos.
