Elimination Chamber 2014 Results [VIDEO]: Randy Orton retains the WWE Title in Chamber, Batista defeats Alberto Del Rio

The WWE presented the Elimination Chamber live from the Target Center in Minneapolis, and when the dust settled on the pay-per-view Randy Orton retained his WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the Chamber match against five other men.

Orton last eliminated Daniel Bryan from the match with outside interference from Kane. Bryan had the match won after hitting Orton with the flying knees, but Kane broke up the pin by pulling the referee out. Kane then pushed Bryan into an RKO from Orton which sealed the match.

The first man eliminated was Sheamus after Christian hit him with a splash off of one of the pods in the Chamber and pinned him. Christian then was eliminated by the flying knees from Bryan. Cesaro was the third man out of the match after Cena made him tap out with the STF.

The final three in the match were Cena, Orton and Bryan. Cena had the upper-hand on Orton until the lights went out and The Wyatt Family was in the ring when the lights came on. The trio attacked Cena and Bryan, and Cena was eventually disposed of by Orton. Orton then eliminated Bryan with the help from Kane to escape the pay-per-view as the champion.

The Wyatt Family was in action earlier in the night, defeating The Shield after Bray Wyatt hit Sister Abigail on Roman Reigns while the other two Shield members were knocked out.

Batista built up some momentum heading into his title shot at WrestleMania XXX by defeating Alberto Del Rio in a singles match after hitting the Batista Bomb and collecting the pinfall victory.

In title action, Big E Langston defeated Jack Swagger via The Big Ending to retain the Intercontinental Championship while the New Age Outlaws retained their Tag Team Championships over The Usos after Billy Gunn got a pinfall with a roll-up.

The Divas Title was also on the line as Cameron went over A.J. Lee via disqualification following interference from Tamina. Elsewhere, Titus O'Neil defeated Darren Young via pinfall after the hitting Clash of the Titus.

On the preshow, Cody Rhodes and Goldust defeated Ryback and Curtis Axel in tag team action.

This was the final pay-per-view before WrestleMania XXX which airs live from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on April 6 in New Orleans, and it looks as though the WWE is still going with the Batista vs. Orton main event for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
