Ex GM says E.J. Manuel would be 8th-best QB prospect in 2014 draft class

The 2013 NFL Draft was seen as incredibly thin at many skilled positions, but former General Manager Charley Casserly set the record straight to how bad last years class was. Casserly said if he were to combine the two quarterback classes, last years first selection EJ Manuel would be the eighth best in 2014.
