UMass player draws courage from Jason Collins' story, becomes first Division I openly gay men's college basketball player

Massachusetts basketball player Derrick Gordon told his family, coaching staff and teammates he was gay at the beginning of April. He says he was inspired by Jason Collins' NBA story and has received a lot of support for his courage.
