NCAA News: College sports face potential NCAA-Killer lawsuit filed?

The NCAA might have a battle on their hands and the opponent comes in form of sports labor attorney Jeffrey Kessler. Kessler filed suit agains the NCAA and five of the major conferences in sports on the basis that putting a cap on what an athlete can make in the form of a scholarship is an antitrust violation. This case holds water over the other suits due to the fact that Kessler is not seeking damages for the players, but he seeks to change the system and end the NCAA.
