PGA Commissioner Tim Finchem Optimistic About Tiger Woods' Chances at FedEx Cup Playoffs

PGA Commissioner Tim Finchem, who understands that Tiger Woods remains by far the biggest draw on the PGA Tour, says he believes Woods is capable of qualifying for the season-ending FedEx Cup playoffs, even though he is 90 spots of top 125 that qualify and his best finish this year has been only a tie for 25th.
