Tonight at 7 p.m. ET, the Montreal Canadiens and Tampa Bay Lightning face-off for Game 3 of their Eastern Conference semifinal best-of-seven series live from the Amalie Arena in Tampa Bay as part of the Stanley Cup playoffs.
As the series shifts to their home ice, Tampa Bay hopes to jump out to a commanding 3-0 series lead while Montreal looks to rebound after dropping two contests at home and win its first match of this set.
The Lightning won Game 1 in overtime by a 2-1 score and followed it up with a 6-2 drubbing in Game 2 on Sunday.

Montreal was undisciplined on Sunday and Tampa Bay used four power play goals on eight tries to put them away.
Nikita Kucherov had two tallies on the man advantage while Valtteri Filppula and Victor Hedman also found the back of the net up a man.
Rounding out their scoring, Steven Stamkos lit the lamp for his first goal of the playoffs while J.T. Brown also scored.
Jeff Petry and Tom Gilbert both found the twine for the Canadiens in the loss.
The Canadiens are down 2-0, but they hope to learn from what they did against the New York Rangers in the Eastern Conference Final last season by winning a pivotal Game 3 on the road.
"That's where our focus has got to be, and after that we'll worry about everything else, but there's no doubt in my mind if we come out with the right effort we're going to like the result we're going to get," P.K. Subban said via NHL.com.
Subban has a team-best five points this postseason off of a goal and four assists while Max Pacioretty has led Montreal with three goals in the playoffs.
The Lightning are now 7-0-0 against the Canadiens and won an NHL-best 32 games at home this season, but the team knows it's far from over.
"It takes four games to win a series," Tyler Johnson told NHL.com. "It doesn't matter if you win two or three, you have to win four. We have a good start, obviously, but really that's all that matters. There's still more games to be played and Montreal's a great team and we can't take our foot off the gas here."
Johnson is first in the NHL with seven playoff goals this season and tied for fourth with 10 points while Kucherov has seven points off of three markers and four helpers and Alex Killorn and Filppula have found the back of the net twice and added four helpers each for six points apiece.
In between the pipes, Tampa Bay turns to Ben Bishop and he is 6-3 this postseason while ranking fourth in the NHL with a 1.71 goals-against average and fifth with a .933 save percentage.
Montreal counters in the blue paint with Vezina and Hart Trophy finalist Carey Price, who is winless against his adversaries in seven tries this season. Price is 4-4 this postseason with a 2.34 GAA and a .922 save percentage.
The Lightning look for a stranglehold on the series while the Canadiens hope to break into it when the puck drops on Game 3 live tonight from the Amalie Arena in Tampa Bay.
