In the rush to learn about Texas A&M’s new starting quarterback Jake Hubenak, an interesting fact was revealed. Miss Alabama winners love them some college quarterbacks. Hubenak, who has been thrust into the starting job after watching Kyle Allen and Kyler Murray transfer, is shacking up with Miss Alabama World 2015 winner Bailey Pereira.
It looks like Pereira is a woman of faith, quoting the Bible on Instagram to celebrate Hubenak’s big promotion.

Hubenak began his college career at Oklahoma State, but didn’t have a chance to prove himself until he put up major numbers at a junior college. Now he’s at College Station, and about to make his first Division I start in the Music City Bowl vs. Louisville.
Pereira isn’t the first Miss Alabama to have eyes for a hotshot college QB. Katherine Webb beat her to it with former Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron, who is currently starting for the NFL’s Cincinnati Bengals in place of injured starter Andy Dalton. Webb crossed lines too. Pereira is an Alabama student but fraternizing with a Texas A&M player, which is frowned upon, but forgivable.

Webb was a borderline traitor as an Auburn student dating the hated Crimson Tide’s leader. Hopefully Pereira is able to avoid creepy eyes in the sky, and moments like this one.
