Aaron Rodgers, Olivia Munn Relationship Update: QB & Actress Reveal Their Dieting Methods [VIDEO]

Aaron Rodgers may play for a fan base of cheeseheads, but that didn't stop him from cutting dairy out of his diet.

The Packers quarterback recently admiitted he cut cheese and other dairy from his diet after coming off of a minor knee surgery. Rodgers consulted with team nutritionist Adam Korzun on a vegetable-heavy diet.

"I ate more of a vegan diet," Rodgers told the Green Bay Press-Gazette (via NBCSports.com), "with some red meat at times and some chicken, but tried to stick to a lot of fruits and vegetables -- but mostly vegetables."

Rodgers, 32, said the diet helped him get healthier and avoid inflammation in the knee.

"Through your eating, you can reduce inflammation," he said. "Because if you do research, you learn the different foods you eat can actually increase the inflammation in your body -- and especially in certain parts of your body.

Rodgers is of course in a very high-profile relationship with actress Oliva Munn, who recently revealed how she accidentally lost 12 pounds learning how to fight for "X-Men: Apocalypse."

"The weight loss was unintentional and happened in a healthy way," Munn, who has been open about dieting, told Women's Health magazine. "All I wanted to do was learn how to fight."

Munn and Rodgers have been dating for over two years, but he's yet pop the question.

The former "Newsroom" star is reportedly pining to get engaged, but Rodgers is starting to run out of time before the season starts and takes over his life.

"Olivia is completely ready for it, she has been kind of hinting to Rodgers that the time is now," a source told Terez Owens. "Once the season starts Rodgers' mindset is solely on football, so Munn was hoping the offseason was the time it was going to happen."
