In filing his current decree, TMZ adds Boozer is seeking "frequent and liberal timesharing" with his children.

Boozer is averaging 14 points, eight assists and two assists this season. Now in his 12th season, the veteran forward has averaged 17 points and 10 rebounds over his career. His best season came with Utah in 2007-08, when he averaged 21 points and 10 rebounds. His scoring average marked the second consecutive season where he averaged at least 20 points.

Now in his fourth season with the Bulls, Boozer is rumored to be a candidate for the amnesty provision this offseason, as the Bulls attempt to retool their team around a healthy Derrick Rose and the emerging frontcourt tandem of Joakim Noah and Taj Gibson.
