The Undertaker loses at WrestleMania [VIDEO]: Michelle McCool praises toughness, Vince McMahon worried about his health after concussion

The Undertaker suffered a concussion during WrestleMania XXX where he was pinned by Brock Lesnar in a match that made him 21-1 at the biggest show of the year and ended The Streak, and there was reportedly some concern over 'Taker's health on social media this week.

WWE unhappy with fan reaction to The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXX?

It was reported that 'Taker had to be taken to a hospital after his match with Lesnar due to suffering a legitimate concussion and that Vince McMahon --who reportedly had the idea for The Streak to end due to working under the impression that it'd be his last match -- rode in the ambulance to the hospital with him, missing the main event.

'Taker lost to Lesnar at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans in a finish that shocked the wrestling world and stunned the arena, but while many fans were concerned over The Streak coming to an end, it became apparent that 'Taker's health should be the bigger concern.

Vince McMahon's idea to end The Streak

The Undertaker's wife and former WWE Diva Michelle McCool tweeted Monday about how The Undertaker is the toughest man that she knows as he continues to battle the concussion symptoms.

WWE's head NXT trainer and former wrestler Bill DeMott then tweeted at McCool that he and his wife were praying for her and hoped that everything was working out with 'Taker.

After a fan mistakenly took DeMott's tweet to mean that something was wrong with McCool, DeMott clarified and said that she is fine and that he just wanted her to know that he and his wife were thinking of her.

The Undertaker's future with the company remains in question as he lost The Streak to the man he hand-picked in 2010 to end it and now that he got injured during the match he may not have any reason to come back.

McMahon had not wanted The Streak to end initially, but when he was informed that it could be 'Taker's final match with the company, the WWE CEO believed that perhaps it'd be best for him to go out on his back like most wrestling legends do.

It's unknown what kind of shape The Undertaker is in at this point or if he'll ever return to the ring to wrestle one more match. There is a chance that losing The Streak at WrestleMania XXX was the final in-ring action for The Undertaker.
