Global Force Wrestling Rumors: When Will GFW Begin Running Live Events? Dixie Carter Worried About Jeff Jarrett's New Promotion? [VIDEO]

Global Force Wrestling has not even begun running live shows and yet Dixie Carter and TNA already have GFW high on their radar. Even in its infancy, Jeff and Karen Jarrett are making news with their worldwide talent search as they start putting the pieces together for their new wrestling promotion, and here are the latest updates and rumors for GFW.

First things first, people have been speculating as to when GFW might start running live events. According to WrestlingHeadlines.com, Global Force Wrestling may actually be doing shows as early as this coming October or November 2014. This could really put the pressure on TNA Impact Wrestling and Dixie Carter to right the ship, and TNA's marketing deal with UTA is a great start in terms of trying to fend off Jeff and Karen Jarrett.

There is also more evidence to TNA already showing concern with Global Force Wrestling according to other reports. During a meeting in Nashville with TNA employees, Dixie Carter was alleged to be wondering why Impact Wrestling didn't have any presence in New Orleans during WrestleMania weekend when Jeff Jarrett made the trip to at least keep GFW in the general conversation during WWE's biggest weekend of the year.

It should also be noted that Global Force Wrestling has signed a partnership with NASCAR racer Hermie Sadler and has also brought in former TNA employee Chris Thomas, who helped TNA with PR efforts and was commended for his work.

In the official press release naming Sadler to the GFW Board of Directors, Sadler said, "I've been excited from the moment I heard the vision of GFW, and I know fans are, too." He then added, "Not only am I looking forward to serving on the board but to helping foster a relationship between the fan bases of GFW and NASCAR and watching them interact."

It's partnerships like this that should keep TNA on their toes as Global Force Wrestling continues to recruit wrestlers and sign other similar agreements.
