It would seem that there's little more Donald Sterling could do to continue insulting Magic Johnson. That hasn't stopped Sterling from trying.

Sterling made a pathetic attempt to apologize for his racist comments during an interview Sunday night with CNN. Clips will air on CNN starting Monday morning, and the full interview will air Monday evening on "AC360."
CNN.com reported that during Sterling's interview with Anderson Cooper, Magic Johnson's name invariably came up again. But Sterling somehow managed to attack Johnson's character again.
Sterling told CNN he's spoken to the Lakers Hall of Famer twice since his comments became public and was asked whether he's apologized to Johnson.
"If I said anything wrong, I'm sorry," Sterling said. "He's a good person. I mean, what am I going to say? Has he done everything he can do to help minorities? I don't think so. But I'll say it, he's great. But I don't think he's a good example for the children of Los Angeles."
That comment was just part of a train wreck of an interview that was baffling as to why Sterling's lawyers - or whoever is handling his affairs - would allow him the chance publicly to make himself look even worse.
Soon after Sterling's comments became public, Donald Trump was quoted as saying he thought Sterling was incompetent, and Sterling did nothing to make a counter-argument with his interview.

He also told Cooper that his recorded racist comment was the first mistake he's made during his tenure as the Clippers' owner.
"I'm a good member who made a mistake and I'm apologizing and I'm asking for forgiveness," he said. "Am I entitled to one mistake, am I after 35 years? I mean, I love my league, I love my partners. Am I entitled to one mistake? It's a terrible mistake, and I'll never do it again."
Sterling denied he is a racist. When asked why he took so long to speak publicly and apologize, he told CNN that he's "emotionally distraught."
"The reason it's hard for me, very hard for me, is that I'm wrong. I caused the problem. I don't know how to correct it," he said.
Most people probably have a suggestion on how he can fix it.
