The Miami stripper who recently gave birth to Paul George's baby daughter has hit the Indiana Pacers star forward with a paternity suit, according to the New York Post.

Daniela Rajic, 24, filed suit in Manhattan Family Court earlier this week on behalf of baby daughter Oliva, alleging she and George were in a relationship for several months in 2013, leading up to the birth of the child.

The Post adds Rajic was previously a stripper at Tootsie's Cabaret in Miami before meeting the 24-year-old NBA star and since relocating to New York.

"Paul and Daniela saw each other a number of times over the course of a few months in Miami last summer., a source told the newspaper. "She has already undertaken a paternity test, and there's no question he is the father. The court is still expected to order an official DNA test."

George, who has previously indicated he is willing to "step up and raise the child," was rumored to be dating Callie Rivers, the daughter of L.A. Clippers coach Doc Rivers, at the time of the child's birth.

"If and when there is legal confirmation that I am the father, I will fully embrace my responsibilities," he said in a statement. A source close to George added to The Post on Wednesday "George had not yet seen any court papers and was focused on the Pacers' game against the Heat."
