Today at 1:10 p.m. ET, the San Francisco Giants (59-51) and New York Mets (53-57) play the third contest of a four-game set live from Citi Field in New York. The game can be live streamed for free here. San Francisco fans can hear all of the action on KNBR 680 while New York fans can do the same on WOR 710.

San Francisco plays the third match up of a 10-game road trip while New York continues a seven-game homestand it is 3-2 on thus far. The Giants took the series opener with a 5-1 victory on Friday night while the Mets bounced back with a 4-2 triumph on Saturday.

San Francisco enters play in second place in the National League West, 3.5 games behind the Los Angeles Dodgers and owns the final NL wild-card spot while New York sits in fourth place in the NL East, seven games behind the division-leading Washington Nationals.

Madison Bumgarner (12-8, 3.40 ERA) takes the ball for the Giants while the Mets counter with Bartolo Colon, who is 10-8 with a 3.88 ERA as he goes for his 200th-career win.

The Mets have been playing well as of late, but manager Terry Collins expressed some concern over the team's captain as third baseman David Wright is 10-for-56 (.179) since the All-Star break.

"I'm concerned with the fact that he's not hitting. I'm not sure about the physical side," Collins said via MLB.com. "I don't know if he's trying to drive the ball, but his swing's got just a little long. I know that he was in the cage yesterday, he was in the cage earlier today trying to shorten it up. Hopefully, it pays off."

Wright, who has struggled with a left rotator cuff ailment since June, has seen his average dip to .271 to go along with his eight homers and 52 RBI.

Collins' counterpart and Giants manager Bruce Bochy has had nothing but praise for his bullpen as of late.

"They're throwing the ball the way they were earlier in the season," Bochy told the team's official website. "We got a lot of great work out of this 'pen earlier this season, and they had a little hiccup, but they're back on track now, and they're healthy "

The Mets and Giants each have players that top the league's leader boards in hits as New York second baseman Daniel Murphy (132) and San Francisco outfielder Hunter Pence (128) rank first and second in the NL respectively in hits.

Murphy also ranks tied for third in the NL with 31 doubles and leads the Mets with a .275 average to go along with eight homers and 43 RBI. Another tough out in New York's lineup is first baseman Lucas Duda, who paces the Mets with 20 homers and 61 RBI -- both career-highs.

Pence is third in the NL with 74 runs scored and fourth with seven triples, two less than teammate and shortstop Brandon Crawford, who is tied for second in the NL with nine. Pence is hitting a team-best .286 with 13 homers and 45 RBI this season.

Giants outfielder Michael Morse leads the team in long balls (15) while catcher Buster Posey paces it in RBI (54).

The Giants and Mets continue their four-game set when they take the diamond this afternoon at Citi Field in New York.
