Zenit St. Petersburg manager Andre Villas-Boas had this to offer ahead of today's European encounter (via UEFA): "All matches are different; it is difficult to find something in common between any two games. Monaco could set up in any formation. Maybe they haven't scored so many goals, but they can be explosive on the counterattack, which is something to be feared. We are in good physical and mental shape and both teams understand the importance of tomorrow's match in terms of the standings."
"Both teams will show their football philosophy, their style of play," he added. "We will try to win, to take the initiative. Of course, if things turn out as well as they did in Lisbon, we will be happy."
