Aaron Hernandez Murder Case Update: Former Patriots Star Drawing Explicit Art In Jail [PHOTO]

Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, currently imprisoned while awaiting trial for the murder of Odin Lloyd, has taken to drawing explicit pictures to pen pals that have been writing him.

TMZ.com recently obtained one of Hernandez's pieces of art, which shows a voluptuous naked woman drawn with some unflattering comments on the side. In the letter Hernandez also brags to the recipient of the latter about relatively cushy conditions for him.

"I'm on the block here lovin' it.  I got my own cell too and n***a. I'm out all day only lock in 4 [hours] a day ... So we be ballin," Hernandez wrote. He also talked about reading the Harry Potter book series.

"You know, my realest n***a I ever f****d with, I'm still f****n' with -- Harry motha f****n' Potter."

Last week Hernandez's lawyers convinced Judge Susan E. Garsh to rule ammunition found at an apartment rented by Hernandez as inadmissible because police failed to demonstrate probable cause to execute the search.

Authorities have failed to recover the weapon used to kill Lloyd, but police believe a .45 caliber was used in the slaying and the ammunition recovered from the apartment were .45 caliber bullets. Garsh said that the police could have proved probable cause by "attaching a copy of an existing affidavit supporting a search warrant for Hernandez's home."

His defense team is also attempting to have evidence gained from Hernandez's cell phone and home surveillance system thrown out because they were improperly obtained. The phone in particular is believed to be very important to the prosecution's case, as they allege it was used to orchestrate the murder with his accomplices Carlos Ortiz and Ernest Wallace.
