Former mixed martial arts fighter War Machine, who allegedly beat his girlfriend, adult film star Christy Mack, and another man after finding them in bed together, has been writing bizarre poems on Twitter since being apprehended and charged.
Since being arrested War Machine has behaved erratically and even attempted suicide inside his jail cell by hanging himself. On October 3, the poems began showing up. The first appeared to describe the moment he found Mack lying with another man.

The next poem includes a play on words involving his own name, and hints at his plans to fight the accusations against him.

An October 10 poem revisited the day of the alleged assault once again, referencing a “surprise” gone awry. While he evaded police War Machine tweeted about trying to surprise Mack with an engagement ring.
