WWE Rumors: Lana Responds To Hulk Hogan's Comments About Rusev's U.S. Title Win [VIDEO]

Lana has taken to Twitter to respond to WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan's negative comments over Rusev winning the United States Championship from Sheamus Monday night.

Rusev defeated "The Celtic Warrior" in a special WWE Network match following Monday Night RAW this week and Hogan took to Twitter to bash the win.

"Sad day for America and WWE Universe, Rusev as US Heavyweight Champion makes me sick, John Cena where are you when we need you brother," Hogan tweeted following Rusev defeating Sheamus via The Accolade to win the gold.

Lana responded to Hogan's tweet after the match.

"BOO HOO HOO so sad! WE DO NOT CARE! @RusevBUL will #CRUSH your precious @JohnCena & then take your #WWEHWTitle," Lana wrote.

There have been rumors that Rusev will take on Cena at WrestleMania 31 on March 29, 2015 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. and the tweets could be planting the seeds as early build up to that match.

Hogan has also said he wants a match at WrestleMania 31, and he has said he wants to face Cena, but it is doubtful that the WWE will have that match.

Hogan's age (61) and health issues have also led to doubt that he'll be able to compete, though he may have a retirement match if he can pass the necessary physical.

As for Rusev and Sheamus, there are rumors that the two will engage in a United States Championship rematch at Survivor Series on Nov. 23 at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis.
