War Machine News: MMA Fighter Sleeping 12 Hours A Day In Jail, Can't Attend Anger Management Classes [VIDEO]

Former mixed martial artist War Machine, currently jailed on charges of attempted murder, kidnapping and sexual assault after beating his girlfriend, adult film star Christy Mack and another man this summer, has released another lengthy diatribe on Twitter.

In a long letter that was apparently written on Halloween, War Machine described what his days are like in prison. "I sleep 12hrs/day, so if I'm asked for free time then, I always refuse," War Machine wrote. "I'm pretty sure the guards have realized this and purposely ask me if I want my hour when I'm asleep, so they can work their way though the free time list faster. And I never complain, so I guess they assume that I don't care, and I guess I don't. Other guys will get in trouble for some lil old dumb s**t and the guard will take their hour of free time and they flip out, I dunno, I guess living life in a bubble is easier for me than for others."

He also wrote about giving himself a haircut because inmates "in the hole" are not allowed the privilege of getting one from the prison barber. War Machine said that he is only given one hour a day of free time, and is not even allowed to take self-help classes. "They also don't let us, back here, attend anger management classes or substance abuse classes, none of that. Makes a lot of sense, right? S**t, they even make us wear shackles in the shower! Lol."

This letter comes on the heels of a series of poems he wrote on Twitter dating back to early October, which shed light on a deteriorating state of mind. In October War Machine also attempted suicide, but was thwarted by a guard who found him with his bed sheet wrapped around his neck. There were "multiple" suicide notes found in his cell.
