Fans hoping for a Tim Tebow-Jana Duggar romance may have to hit the brakes, according to the Heisman Trophy winner's reps.
Speculation swirled last week that Jim Bob Duggar, the patriach of TLC's "19 Kids and Counting!" reality show, had set his oldest daughter up with the former Broncos quarterback. Jim Bob and Tim Tebow's mother Pam have been seen rubbing elbows at a pro-life charity event last month. However, Tebow's camp nipped this rumor over the weekend.
In a statement to US Weekly, Tebow stated that he and Duggar "have never even met before."

Tebow was briefly linked to "When a Stranger Calls" actress Camilla Belle in 2012, but has stayed out of the limelight when it comes to relationships ever since. The 24-year-old Duggar has seen two of her younger sisters get hitched, but has remained single herself.
“Jana is one of the prettiest girls in the world and one of the sweetest girls,” her father Jim Bob told People last month. “There have been a lot of guys who have been interested in her, I have gone to hear about each one, and so far she hasn’t felt that is the way the Lord is leading.”
