Floyd Mayweather Jr. FaceTime Murder Suicide Update: 50 Cent Supports 'Money' In Difficult Time [PHOTO]

Boxing fans around the world are constantly asking about whom Floyd Mayweather Jr. will fight next, but a return to the ring is likely the last thing on the world's best pound-for-pound fighter's mind right now. According to reports Mayweather witnessed a murder-suicide on FaceTime, involving his friend, rapper Earl Hayes. The rapper shot and killed his wife Stephanie Moseley, a cast member of VH1's Hit The Floor.

50 Cent, another fellow rapper and former friend of Mayweather's posted a reaction of support for the boxer, with whom he's had a public and nasty fallout. 50 Cent once accompanied Mayweather to the ring for fights, but more recently has feuded with him.

The latest chapter in their feud saw 50 mocking Mayweather's inability to read at the height of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge's popularity.

50 challenged Mayweather to read a single page of any Harry Potter book, then offered to reduce the difficulty and let him read Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat.

Just in people, Jimmy Kimmel will let Floyd read live on his show if he accepts. A video posted by 50 Cent (@50cent) on Aug 8, 2014 at 2:42pm PDT

This latest message contained none of that venom though, and acknowledged their rocky past.

According to TMZ.com, Mayweather may have unwittingly had a role in Hayes' decision to kill Moseley. TMZ reported that Mayweather whipped Hayes up into a greater rage by encouraging him to dump her and saying she was not good for his career.
