Just two days after the Browns season ended with a 20-10 loss to Baltimore, and just over a week after Manziel's own season ended with an aggravated hamstring injury, Manziel was photographed kicking it in Miami with his long-time girlfriend (and part-time model) Colleen Crowley.

Manziel has every right to live it up during his offseason. However, doing so on the same day that his own GM Ray Farmer spoke to the media, urging Manziel to take his job at the quarterback position more seriously, is bound to raise eyebrows. Earlier this week, the irascible Skip Bayless went so far as to say Manziel was an "alcoholic" who "can't handle" his hard-partying lifestyle.
In addition to catching some rays poolside, Manziel also hit the famous FDR at Delano club in South Beach. Instagram celebrity Julz (last seen hanging with Marlins outfielder Giancarlo Stanton following the slugger's massive contract extension) even filmed him giving a special birthday shout-out to fellow Cleveland superstar LeBron James.
