The murder trial for former New England Patriots star tight end Aaron Hernandez enters Day 3 today, and can be live streamed free below.
After heavy snow suspended the trial on Monday, powerful testimony is expected from not only Odin Lloyd's girlfriend Shaneah Jenkins, but Lloyd's mother Ursula Ward. Today won't be Jenkins' first trip to the witness stand. She was questioned on Friday, and described the relationship her boyfriend Lloyd, a 27-year-old semipro football player, had with Hernandez.
She talked about how the pair were not extremely close, but friendly. She also disclosed that the two would smoke marijuana together in Hernandez's North Attleborough home.
Ward hasn't taken the stand yet, but did need to be excused more than once from the proceedings when images of her son's body in an industrial park were displayed.
